Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hospitalist Medical Director to join our team at Radius Staffing Solutions. This is a unique opportunity to lead clinical and medical efforts as part of a growing non-profit hospital in Southern Oregon. As a Hospitalist Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while also overseeing administrative duties.

About the Role

As a Hospitalist Medical Director, you will work closely with our healthcare team to develop and implement strategies that drive quality improvement and patient satisfaction. Your expertise in internal medicine will enable you to provide exceptional clinical care to patients, while your leadership skills will empower you to guide our team towards success.

Duties and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, enabling them to evaluate complex medical situations and develop effective treatment plans. They will also possess excellent communication skills, allowing them to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals. Approximately 80% of their time will be spent on clinical work as a Hospitalist, with the remaining 20% dedicated to administrative duties.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a BC/BE in internal medicine, as well as leadership experience. They must also be eligible to practice medicine in the state of Oregon. Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and policies, as well as the ability to navigate complex healthcare systems.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $250,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.
