Curative is seeking a skilled Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Albuquerque, NM.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to patients in an outpatient setting, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide education to patients and their families on health promotion and disease prevention.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of New Mexico.
- Board certification as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
