Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead MRI Technologist to join our team at RadNet. As a key member of our radiology operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide feedback and coaching to technologists to improve performance and quality
  • Manage and support team members in their roles and responsibilities
  • Monitor and document performance, providing documentation to the Imaging Center Manager
  • Promote flexibility in staff utilization and delegate work appropriately
  • Adhere to all OSHA regulations, RadNet practices, and safety protocols
  • Perform technologist duties to maintain technical skills and alleviate staffing shortages
  • Support the Imaging Center Manager in facility initiatives
  • Contribute to hiring and performance evaluation of MRI employees
  • Act on behalf of the Imaging Center Manager when needed

Requirements

  • ARRT(R) (MR) or ARMRIT certification
  • State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
  • BLS Certification
  • Familiarity with RIS, imaging equipment, and PACS
  • Able to maintain quality standards
