Job Summary
This role is responsible for establishing a rapport with patients and their families to determine nutrition needs and preferences. Key responsibilities include responding to complaints, communicating delays to patients and families, and interacting with Marriott Food Service to resolve issues. Additionally, this position requires collaboration with colleagues and healthcare providers to improve patient care quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Establish a rapport with patients and their families to determine nutrition needs and preferences
- Respond to complaints and communicate delays to patients and families
- Work with Marriott Food Service to resolve service delays and issues
- Act as an intermediary between patients and Marriott Food Service
- Interact with patients and families to gather feedback and improve the patient experience
- Collaborate with colleagues and healthcare providers to improve patient care quality and efficiency
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- ServSafe Food Handlers certification required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
