Job Description:Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for planning and prioritizing available production orders to create a sense of urgency and drive daily KPI execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer SLAs
- Prioritize available production orders to optimize workflow and reduce lead times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and process optimization
- Analyze and report on production metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
3+ years of experience in production management or a related fieldProven track record of driving process improvement and reducing lead timesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills
