About Our Assisted Living Facilities

Lakewood Pines and Lakewood Manor are licensed assisted living facilities, offering a supportive environment for our residents.

Job Summary

The Universal Worker will provide personalized, compassionate care to residents while focusing on dignity and respect for each resident in their care.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to residents with daily activities such as bathing and passing medications
  • Encourage residents to function at the highest level of their ability
  • Communicate information regarding resident needs through written and verbal communication to appropriate staff members
  • Observe proper infection control and safety procedures
  • Respond positively to feedback (questions, suggestions, problems) from residents, guests, family members and fellow staff
Working Conditions

This position is for part-time days, working approximately 32-40 hours every two weeks from 6:00am - 10:00am.

No weekend required.

Universal workers start at $17/hr, with CNA certification at $19/hr.
