Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team at Luminis Health. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect patient care, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
  • Contribute to the education and orientation of new staff members.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and risk management activities.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure.
  • CPR - American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification.
  • ACLS certification within one year of hire.

Working Conditions:

The physical demands of this position include exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
