Senior Hair Artisan

We are seeking a skilled and experienced hairstylist/colorist to join our team at Accent Hair Design.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to work in a dynamic, family-like salon environment. As a Senior Hair Artisan - Color Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to clients, including haircuts, perms, and color treatments.

• Deliver high-quality hair services, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of various hair coloring techniques, including one process color, highlights, lowlights, color corrections, and ombre balayage.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve a seamless and efficient service experience.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A strong background in hairstyling and coloring, with a focus on Goldwell Color.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
