About the Role: We are seeking a talented Senior Paper Product Developer to join our corporate engineering team at Provision People. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the development of innovative new products and bridging the gap between product development and papermaking operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with product development and papermaking teams to identify and address technical challenges.
  • Develop and implement new product concepts and processes.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support product development initiatives.
  • Optimize existing product formulations and manufacturing processes.
  • Evaluate product performance and quality attributes.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the paper, tissue, or cardboard (packaging) industries.
  • Proven hands-on experience in a papermaking environment.
  • Strong understanding of paper coatings and their application processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Product development experience (preferred).

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
