Audiology Specialist

Cook Children's Health Care System is seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join their team in Mansfield, Texas.

We are looking for a dedicated professional with a passion for pediatric hearing care to provide exceptional services to our young patients. As an Audiologist at Cook Children's, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families.

• Provide out-patient audiology services, focusing on diagnosing hearing loss in pediatric patients
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including speech pathologists, school personnel, specialists, and physicians, to develop personalized treatment plans
• Evaluate and select hearing aids, FM systems, and other assistive listening devices, as well as cochlear implants
• Conduct behavioral audiometry, auditory brainstem response, otoacoustic emissions, infant newborn hearing screenings, and other assessments

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Clinical Doctorate degree in Audiology or PhD in Audiology
• State license for Audiology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (ASHA) or Board Certified in Audiology (ABA)
