Dining Room Server

At Santa Fe Cattle Company, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our dining room is clean, organized, and welcoming to our guests.

This is a fast-paced environment where you will work closely with our servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to provide exceptional service to our customers. You will be expected to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout your shift, even during peak periods.

Your primary responsibility will be to reset tables properly after cleaning to company standards, maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room, including tables, chairs, floors, windows, and restrooms. Additionally, you will work as a team with all personnel to achieve our goals and objectives.

• Maintain a clean and organized dining room, including resetting tables properly after cleaning
• Clean and sanitize all areas of the dining room, including tables, chairs, floors, windows, and restrooms
• Work as a team with all personnel to achieve our goals and objectives
• Assist in maintaining the dish area and parking lot and green space
• Run trash to the dumpsters when needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

• Able to communicate in English fluently
• Able to be stationary for long periods of time and move from the area in the kitchen
• Must be able to exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 7 hours in length
• Has the ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry dish racks, pots, pans, bus tubs, etc. up to 50 lbs. in weight on a regular and continuous basis
• Able to be subject to wet floors, extreme temperatures, and loud noise

We offer a competitive salary range of $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.
