About the Role

AnswerLab is seeking a contract UX Researcher to join our team on a short-term basis. As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting user experience research studies, analyzing findings, and delivering insights to clients. This is a contract position through the end of 2024.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user experience research studies, including remote and in-person research
  • Analyze research findings and deliver insights to clients
  • Develop and implement research methodologies and tools
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure research meets their business needs
  • Present research findings and recommendations to clients
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience conducting qualitative research, preferably in the UX space
  • Experience leading consulting engagements with clients/stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
