Fleet Maintenance Specialist

As a Diesel Equipment Technician Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our road equipment. Your expertise will be essential in meeting compliance with trucking regulations and maintaining accurate maintenance logs.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, replace, and complete all required repairs on diesel equipment, including tractors, trailers, bobtails, reefers, lift gates, etc.
- Perform preventative maintenance within company standards.
- Complete documentation of all repair orders, PM lists, and parts accountability.
- Handle road service calls; perform road rescue/transport equipment as needed.
- Keep track of assigned repairs by logging in and out of the Shop Fax system.
- Must have 3 years of commercial Diesel mechanic or reefer experience.
- OR 2 years of Diesel Mechanic exp with TK or Refrigeration certification.

Salary & Benefits:The estimated annual salary for this position is $54,000 - $64,000, based on industry standards and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, and eligibility for a $5,000 retention bonus.
