Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed analysis of operational processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and track progress.

  • Monitor operational processes and performance metrics related to ticketing operations and marketplace intelligence initiatives.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within ticketing operations and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to ticketing and fan shopping experiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A graduate degree (MBA or a quantitative discipline) and certifications (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma) are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, product operations, or related roles (preferably in sports, live entertainment, technology, or e-commerce).
  • Ability to thrive in a lean, startup-like environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, Power BI, Snowflake, Sigma).
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Curiosity and self-motivation to find new and creative solutions.
  • Passion for technology and live entertainment.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside of normal hours as business needs dictate.
