Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Child Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

About the Role
  • Implement evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills to children with autism.
  • Work one-on-one with children in various settings, providing therapeutic support and promoting their development.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
Requirements
  • Patient and compassionate demeanor.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Physical capability to engage actively with children in various settings.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test.
  • Pass a pre-employment background check.
