About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Partner to join our team at MediaRadar. As a Client Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Retention and Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop strategies to retain and expand existing client relationships.
  • Industry Insights and Awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and share knowledge with the broader commercial team.
Requirements
  • 3-6+ years of experience in account management at an Enterprise SaaS company, or equivalent experience leading account strategy with Enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of establishing and growing senior-level client relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience leading a $5M+ book of business and commercial negotiations.
