At Koozie Group, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials throughout our production areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular audits to ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management and reduce costs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age and three months of experience in inventory control or a related field.
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
