Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for special projects and provide clerical support as needed.
Perform data entry on various software platforms, including Salesforce CRM, and other resources.
Contribute to the planning and coordination of enrollment outreach campaigns.
Participate in special events, including recruitment, enrollment, and financial aid activities.
Work a varying schedule, including days, nights, and weekends, as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse constituencies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.
Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, up to 18 hours per week.
