We are seeking a highly skilled Blood Bank Technologist to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc. in the Dublin, Ohio area. This is a permanent opportunity for full-time or part-time work with a top facility.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing clinical laboratory procedures, examinations, and other tests in accordance with established protocols. They will also be required to maintain equipment and records, as well as perform quality assurance activities related to examination performance.

This role requires the exercise of independent judgment and responsibility, making it an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical laboratory procedures, examinations, and other tests pursuant to established protocols
  • Maintain equipment and records
  • Perform quality assurance activities related to examination performance
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology from an accredited college or university. Additionally, they must hold ASCP or NCA certification and have at least 2 years of satisfactory work experience in an accredited clinical laboratory. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a laboratory with similar instrumentation is also required.

Benefits and Salary

This position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, plus full benefits including 401k, medical, vision, dental insurance, PTO, and more. We also offer a sign-on bonus or relocation assistance.
