Job Title: Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional

At All Ways Caring HomeCare, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our clients. We are seeking a qualified intellectual disabilities professional to join our operational team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Plan Development: Collaborate with consumers and guardians to develop personalized service plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
  • Team Coordination: Schedule and chair team meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure that all service sites deliver services in accordance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Incident Reporting: Investigate and address incidents of consumer abuse, neglect, or mistreatment in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Training and Development: Supervise the delivery of service plans and personal futures plans, and ensure that all written training programs are implemented and revised as needed.
  • Fiscal Management: Maintain fiscal spending within approved budget limits and monitor worker's compensation and unemployment claims.
