HR Project Management Intern

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our HR Project Management Office as an Intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the People and Sustainability board and assisting with cross-functional HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the People and Sustainability board, including creating presentations, communication templates, and other materials.
- Assist with project management in cross-functional projects and initiatives, including developing and presenting content, and accompanying project monitoring.
- Organize and conduct cross-functional HR events, and contribute to the development of New Work initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in creating presentations and other materials.
