Responsibilities
As a Nurse Practitioner with HarmonyCares, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. This will involve conducting thorough assessments, developing personalized care plans, and providing ongoing support and education to our patients and their families.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have a strong background in home health, geriatrics, hospice, and primary care. You'll also need to be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state where our office is located, and have a federal DEA license or eligibility. Geriatric training or experience is preferred, but not required.
Pay and Benefits
Our pay and benefits package is highly competitive, with a base salary range of $150,000 to $165,000 per year. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with matching contributions. And, as a HarmonyCares clinician, you'll have access to ongoing education and professional development opportunities, including an annual stipend for continuing education and professional development.
