Job Summary:

The Culinary Expert will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and serving in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This position requires a high level of customer service and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for culinary arts and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the needs of guests and team members.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
Current Food Handlers card.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.

Work Environment:

This position operates in an indoor kitchen environment, with occasional outdoor events. The employee will be exposed to heat, steam, fire, and noise. The noise level can be loud, and the employee must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous improvement expected.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this job include frequent hand washing, occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, and manual dexterity. The employee must be able to speak and hear, taste and smell, sit, stand, and walk for the duration of a work shift, bend, kneel, or stoop, use hands to fingers, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
