Job Description:

The Laboratory Technician will perform a variety of clinical duties necessary to the daily operation of the laboratory at Harbin Clinic. These duties include accurately collecting specimens, performing phlebotomy (both venipuncture and capillary collections), conducting point-of-care testing, and inputting accurate results into the lab computer system. Additionally, the Laboratory Technician will be responsible for maintaining records of quality control measures and meeting competency standards through proficiency testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Successful completion of Certified Phlebotomy training program
  • Basic knowledge of general office equipment and software applications
