Phlebotomy Training Program

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Student Phlebotomy. As a Student Phlebotomy, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop the skills necessary to become a highly skilled Phlebotomist.
Job Responsibilities- Learn and master phlebotomy techniques and blood collection procedures
- Develop customer service skills and provide excellent service to patients
- Understand and apply regulatory, ethical, and legal issues related to laboratory testing
- Learn and practice standard precautions, infection control, and workplace safety procedures
- Process and handle specimens in a laboratory setting
- Enter orders and maintain accurate records
- Participate in clinical rotations and gain hands-on experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to learn and work efficiently with laboratory computer systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work any shift, including holidays and weekends, as needed
- Valid driver's license required
As a Student Phlebotomy, you will have the opportunity to earn while you learn and gain valuable experience in a laboratory setting. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be eligible for a permanent Medical Lab Assistant I position and receive a significant pay increase.
