Job Overview

Making A Difference Foundation seeks a highly skilled and proactive Administrative Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our CEO and contribute to various HR administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication and Administration: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to internal/external guests, and assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • HR Partner: Serve as an HR partner, assisting with benefits enrollment, employee record keeping, training administration, and other tasks.
  • Project Management: Prepare reports, coordinate special projects, and incorporate creative approaches to various initiatives.
  • Filing and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for active and inactive employee documents.
  • Candidate Relations: Respond to employee and applicant inquiries in a courteous and professional manner within 24 hours.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required.
  • Two years of clerical/administrative experience within Human Resources is preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office, are essential.
  • Experience in the hospitality/entertainment industry is a plus.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality is crucial.
