Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Banquet Server to join our team at Oak View Group. As a Banquet Server, you will provide exceptional hospitality to our guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and understand Banquet Event Orders to ensure seamless service.
  • Carry and transport food and beverage items with ease, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Provide fine dining level food and beverage service to guests, adhering to OVG standards of service.
  • Initiate and maintain friendly and professional contact with guests, anticipating and meeting their needs.
  • Setup and maintain food and beverage stations, ensuring a tidy and organized environment.
  • Maintain inventory and perform safe work practices to provide a safe and clean work environment.
  • Work independently during slower times and participate in setup and cleanup of food and beverage service items.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in events, banquets, or restaurants preferred.
  • Must be at least eighteen years of age to serve alcoholic drinks.
