Overview

Trinity Health is seeking an exceptional Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our esteemed anesthesia team. Compensation Package

We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of $256,000 - $285,000, along with various benefits that support your professional growth and well-being.

 

Anesthesia Expertise

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering anesthesia, monitoring patients' vital signs, and ensuring a seamless recovery process. Key responsibilities include:

  • Pre-Anesthetic Assessment: Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic evaluations, including patient history, physical examination, and review of diagnostic data. Develop and discuss anesthesia care plans with the anesthesia team and patients.
  • Anesthesia Administration: Administer a variety of anesthetics, including general, regional, and local anesthesia, in accordance with established protocols. Monitor patients during surgery and other medical procedures, adjusting anesthetic levels as necessary.
  • Intraoperative Care: Continuously monitor patients' vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels. Respond promptly to changes in patient condition, initiating appropriate interventions.
  • Post-Anesthetic Care: Provide post-anesthesia care, including pain management and monitoring of patients as they recover from anesthesia. Ensure patients' safe transition from the operating room to the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) or other recovery settings.

 

Qualifications

To be considered for this esteemed position, candidates must possess:

  • A Masters or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
  • Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
  • Active RN and APRN licensure in the state of New York.
  • Experience in anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural settings.
