Job Summary: As a Sales Associate at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities by selling, leasing, and marketing commercial real estate properties. About the Role: This position involves working under the direct supervision of an experienced sales professional or team of sales professionals in a training capacity. You will represent company and properties at events, assist sales professionals in identifying potential clients, and research connections to turn cold calls into warm calls for potential sales opportunities.

Your Responsibilities: Draft correspondence to existing and prospective clients, gather, prepare, and distribute marketing materials, provide clients with materials necessary for transactions, and suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Prior sales experience preferred. Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
