Job Summary:
As a Cytotechnologist at Pine Ridge Physicians Regional Health System, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our patients Our team of Medical Technologists enjoy a robust benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), flexible scheduling, 100% licensure / certification reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, and much more
Key Responsibilities:
- Examines human body cells to detect evidence of cancer or other diseases
- Categorizes slides and records classification and compiles listings of patients for follow-up analysis
- Reports analysis of slides with unusual cell structures to Pathologist
- Provides immediate adequacy/evaluations for EBUS/iON and Interventional Radiology adequacies/immediate evaluations of Thyroid FNA's etc.
