Job Description

Brattleboro Centre for Children is seeking a highly skilled and caring Lead Infant Teacher to join our team.

We are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for our young infants, and we need someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional childcare.

The ideal candidate will have experience in group care environments and a strong understanding of child development principles.

  • Caring for young infants, including feeding, diapering, and promoting rest and growth.
  • Completing all required paperwork for the classroom.
  • Creating projects and scheduling routines and lessons.
  • Assessing and planning developmentally appropriate activities for 2 18-month-olds.

Minimum requirements include a Child Development Associate in Infants or an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education and 1 year of experience in group care.
