We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our team based in Pittsburg, PA. This role requires a strategic professional to manage high-volume recruiting efforts focused on sourcing diverse talent across our organization.

This is a full-time salary position with estimated annual compensation ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description:

The TA Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Strategic sourcing, recruitment, and brand advocacy efforts to attract top talent.
  • Managing applicant tracking systems, internet databases, and advertising via job boards and niche sites, job fairs, and non-traditional sources.
  • Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Tracking recruitment metrics, analyzing sourcing effectiveness, and providing reporting and guidance to business leaders.

Environmental Factors & Working Schedule:

  • Hybrid work environment with 2 days in-person attendance in Pittsburgh, PA.
  • Sedentary work requiring up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
  • Close visual acuity to perform activities such as data analysis and computer screen usage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience with proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing methodologies.
  • Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies, market mapping, recruitment methods, and Boolean searches.
  • Knowledge of government regulations related to employment.
  • Retail experience preferred.
