Business Operations Coordinator

Job Overview:
Nortia Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Assistant to support our Sales and Operations teams in the San Jose area. This part-time role offers flexibility, with 20 hours of work per week for the next 4 months.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and calendar management for key team members
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
- Preparing presentations, reports, and mailings for management meetings
- Processing expense reports and internal documents
- Supporting group projects and taking charge of additional duties as assigned
- Assisting management in preparing for Board Meetings, including setup, presentation creation, catering, and hotel accommodations
- Event planning and coordination
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive administrative experience
- Able to work remotely on a part-time basis
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal direction
- High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including editing work for spelling and grammar
- Extremely organized and conscientious, with a strong sense of urgency
- Experience with Google Apps and Gmail for calendaring
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is up to $40/hour, depending on experience. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
