Job Overview:

Nortia Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Assistant to support our Sales and Operations teams in the San Jose area. This part-time role offers flexibility, with 20 hours of work per week for the next 4 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and calendar management for key team members
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and mailings for management meetings
  • Processing expense reports and internal documents
  • Supporting group projects and taking charge of additional duties as assigned
  • Assisting management in preparing for Board Meetings, including setup, presentation creation, catering, and hotel accommodations
  • Event planning and coordination

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive administrative experience
  • Able to work remotely on a part-time basis
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal direction
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including editing work for spelling and grammar
  • Extremely organized and conscientious, with a strong sense of urgency
  • Experience with Google Apps and Gmail for calendaring

Compensation:
