Assembly Technician

Monroe Staffing is seeking skilled assemblers to join our team at ASCO Power Technologies in Welcome, NC. This is a permanent position with opportunities for advancement, offering a temperature-controlled warehouse environment and a competitive benefits package.

• Assemble metal components for electrical products using blueprints and hand tools.
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, utilizing air-powered tools and hand tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Participate in quality control measures to ensure high-quality products.

• 6 months or more experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Previous working knowledge of hand tools and air-powered tools.
• Some familiarity or comfort with blueprints or diagrams.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on occasion throughout the shift, with lifting up to or over shoulders.

• Competitive hourly rate of $15/hour.
