About the Job:

">As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Gecko Hospitality - CT & RI, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staff management, food preparation, and guest services. You will lead, train, and develop team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service and a positive work environment.">

Key Responsibilities:

">">1. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, food preparation, and guest services.">2. Lead, train, and develop team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service and a positive work environment.">3. Manage scheduling, hiring, and performance reviews to maintain a well-staffed and efficient operation.">4. Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive dining experience for every customer.">5. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized restaurant environment.">6. Oversee inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure freshness and availability of ingredients.">7. Control labor costs and manage budgets to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.">8. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food is prepared to company standards and that the menu reflects seasonal offerings.">9. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive customer traffic and grow sales.">10. Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement in service, efficiency, and profitability.">

Requirements:

">">1. 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service environment.">2. Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on staff development and guest service excellence.">3. Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and increase profitability.">4. Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.">5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.">6. Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems.">7. A passion for fresh, healthy food and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.">8. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.">
