At Southern Talent Specialists, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Systems Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Agile team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining vendor-based systems and their integration into bank systems.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for someone with experience in technical integrations, software applications, and DevOps pipeline implementation. You will work closely with internal technology and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and ensure that systems are stable and functional across various networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • SUPPORT AND DELIVERY OF CORE APPLICATIONS: You will be responsible for delivering high-quality support for core applications used by the department.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: You will work directly with internal clients and product owners to troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Analyze Business Processes: You will analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional knowledge.

You will also have the opportunity to work with external vendors and technical support teams in the installation, maintenance, and support of software applications as assigned.

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, you must have a bachelor's degree (4-year college) and 4+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. You should also have strong skills in Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Visio, Atlassian Jira, Windows Server Operating System, and experience working with DevOps pipeline implementation.

Compensation Package
