Warehouse Associate

This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.

• Read and understand the order to be packed.
• Select and pack finished goods as noted on the sales order.
• Check accuracy of product and product count against checklist prior to processing the order.
• Package small and bulk orders according to work instruction.
• Inform the Supervisor or Team Leader when there are issues with order fulfillment or product shortages.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Refill work area with packaging materials as needed.
• Follow all department and safety procedures of the facility and warehouse zones.

• High School Diploma or GED, Technical Certification, a plus.
• 1+ years' experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience using an ERP system, preferred.
• Experience using material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet-jacks, carts, etc.), preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to perform basic mathematic computations.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Must possess a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to push-pull a maximum of 1200 lbs. with a manual rolling assist.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, sit, and ladder-climb for more than 1 hour at a time.
• Must be able to work at heights of up to 20 feet.
• Visual requirements include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to focus.
• Proficient computer skills.
• General knowledge of workplace safety, a plus.
