Job DescriptionThis internship provides an exciting chance to work with a team of HR Business Partners supporting multiple business units across various functions, including Associate Development, Compensation, Staffing, Competency Management, and more. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in site activities and initiatives, driving meaningful change and enhancing the working environment for our associates.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in a global automotive environment, working on diverse projects and contributing to the development of our HR strategies. You will have the chance to learn from experienced professionals, build strong relationships, and develop your skills in areas such as talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Estimated SalaryWe offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision plans, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, with at least one year completed
- A minimum overall GPA of 3.0
- A minimum of 18 years of age
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work at least 32 hours a week
