About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Newberg Medical Center as a Travel Nurse RN.

Job Overview

This is a 2-year, full-time opportunity for an experienced nurse with a passion for neonatal care. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will work in a Level IV Trauma Center with a total staff of 60 beds.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care in the Labor and Delivery unit, including newborn resuscitation and stabilization.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Float between units as needed, ensuring seamless patient care delivery.
  • Meet or exceed productivity standards, maintaining efficient workflows and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • NRP certification (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure)
  • BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
