Role Summary

We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our team at ScottsMiracle-Gro, where you will play a vital role in transforming our customer experience and enhancing our business operations through the power of AI.

Main Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy enterprise-level AI agents tailored to specific use cases and scalable solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, demonstrate solutions, and enhance agent capabilities.

Work closely with the product team to integrate key features that enhance AI performance and success.

Utilize SQL and other data analysis tools to make informed decisions and evaluate AI model performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.

4-7 years of experience in a relevant technical field, with a focus on project involvement and technical expertise.

Proven experience in designing, deploying, and scaling AI Agents tailored to specific use cases.

Strong command of Python and/or JavaScript, with expertise in libraries for AI and agent orchestration.

Skilled in SQL and data analysis to drive data-driven insights.
