Watch Sales Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Watch Ambassador to join our team at Reeds Jewelers. As a seasoned professional in sales and hospitality, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about luxury watches, we encourage you to apply.

Our boutique offers a unique shopping experience, with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about helping customers find their perfect timepiece.
Responsibilities
- Host clients and stakeholders with a focus on delivering personalized customer experiences
- Sell watches, accessories, and services, exceeding turnover targets set by the Boutique Manager
- Identify and create sales opportunities inside and outside the boutique environment to activate networks and recruit prospects and clients
- Find innovative ways to exceed client expectations
- Establish strong personal relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or hospitality preferred
- Comfortable with video chat software
- Strong team player mindset
- Excellent communicator with the ability to develop strong networks
- Curious and resourceful, able to work independently on creating sales leads
- Result-oriented and driven
- Strong selling skills
- Accountable and reliable
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner, organized and disciplined
