Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and address their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed information about our products and services, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Document and update customer records accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is required.
  • The ability to build strong rapport with clients and provide excellent communication skills is essential.
  • You must be able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and excellent problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Service Titan experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
