Outpatient Nurse Specialist

The Hemodialysis Therapist will be responsible for providing direct patient care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer medications and perform vascular access procedures according to established protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs, assess symptoms, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis therapy, medication management, and lifestyle changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; current RN licensure in good standing.
- At least 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in nephrology or hemodialysis.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of hemodialysis therapy and related treatments.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Estimated annual salary: $75,000 - $105,000.
