Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy and one year of human services experience. A background in Neuro-rehabilitation is preferred, but not required. To be successful in this position, you must be licensed as an OT/L in the state and a member in good standing with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA). Additionally, you will need a current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and test individuals served to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Administer treatment programs and communicate treatment needs to staff.
  • Provide re-evaluation, programmatic changes, and effectively manage a caseload.
  • Set up home exercise programs for individuals served and perform home evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including reports of services and weekly schedules.
  • Serve on rehabilitation treatment teams and collaborate with physicians, staff, professionals/paraprofessionals, consultants, families, and community resources.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • One year of human services experience.
  • Background in Neuro-rehabilitation preferred.
  • Licensed as an OT/L in the state.
  • Member in good standing with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
