Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and courteous Front Gate Ambassador to join our team at Regner Rocks. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to festival patrons.

Responsibilities

  • Greet festival patrons at the entry gate and provide a warm welcome to Regner Rocks.
  • Encourage donations and provide information on the history of HomeGrown, The Hometown Foundation, and partner organizations.
  • Provide festival information, including bathroom locations, ATM locations, band schedules, food and refreshment options, and vendor booth locations.
  • Issue wristbands to adults over the age of 21 for beer inside festival grounds.
  • Provide information on carry-ins, pets, medical services, police assistance, and other important festival policies.
  • Assist with merchandise sales at the festival.
  • Maintain a friendly and courteous attitude at all times and be on time for your shift.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Ability to commit to entire shift.
