Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is between $38,894.07 and $68,341.37. This figure takes into account various factors such as experience, training, geographic location, licensure, and certifications. If you have any questions or concerns about your salary requirements, our Talent Acquisition Team will be happy to address them.

Job Responsibilities

This is a fully onsite position at our Columbus campus, where you will work closely with campus colleagues and leaders to research and manage relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other clinical agency sites. You will also oversee clinical affiliation agreements, provide support for student and clinical site satisfaction, and ensure successful clinical experiences for nursing students.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • At least 3 years of successful business development and/or relationship management experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, communication, and Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Preferred knowledge of or experience working in the healthcare field
