About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Talking Tadpoles LLC. As a key member of our clinic, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to children with speech and language disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children aged 1-18 years.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Provide training and education to families and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques.
  • Document assessment and treatment plans in accordance with professional standards and regulations.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based interventions.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Texas.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for certification.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a clinic setting.
