Job Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Location: Los Angeles, CA (In-Person)
Contract Length: 12 - 16 week Contract with potential Temp to Hire

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to play a crucial role in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring qualified nursing professionals to meet the staffing needs of healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified RN candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and nursing schools.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews with candidates.
  • Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback on candidates.
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and posting of job advertisements.
Requirements

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, specifically recruiting registered nurses, is required for this position. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field is preferred. Covid vaccinations are also required.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Benefits include competitive compensation, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment.
