Seeking a School Psychologist to Promote Student Well-being

Soliant is currently recruiting a skilled and passionate School Psychologist to join a thriving school district near Kirkland, Washington.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Provide counseling and intervention services to support students' well-being and academic progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement effective interventions and support plans.
  • Assist in creating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and contribute to educational goal development.
  • Promote positive behavioral strategies and contribute to a positive school climate.
Requirements:
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • A valid Washington School Psychologist certification or eligibility to obtain one.
  • A commitment to fostering student success, both academically and emotionally.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • An hourly rate of up to $65/hour based on experience and qualifications.

  • Bilingual incentive: Extra pay consideration for bilingual candidates.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Soliant offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.
