Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tax interviews with clients, gathering necessary information to prepare accurate tax returns.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations and applicable state requirements.
  • Provide clients with IRS support, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone, and in writing, with a strong attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and accounting principles.
